​I was going through X battle with another member of my FC….one who has EVERY crafting level to 50. We were both Paladins, and I was supposedly the MT. I was doing my thing when I see in the chat "Wow, Bram..I don't even have shield oath up", so naturally I was confused. I looked at the enmity list and he was a (forgive the crassness of this statement) a cunthair behind me. Now…I've never had problems with enmity excepting when I first started coil with only DL gear and most of the healers having quite a few ilvl90..but I also thought the primary role of a Paladin was to mitigate damage, not have a huge deal of hate…am I wrong in this assumption? Am I playing my class wrong? Am I focusing too much on stone-skin and cool-downs? Any constructive criticism would be greatly desired….

I didn't post that. lol. cunthair? LOL srsly. I started coil with you guys, and our healers didn't have "quite a few ilvl90" lol. Plus I'm not that stupid to think spamming stoneskin while tanking is a good thing. and I would never write it like "stone-skin" and "cool-downs"
I sent them an email, hopefully they lift my "forum suspension" lol. it's 240 hours. (10 days) not that I use the lodestone forums much anyway… and def. not on dec. 28th in a tank vs tank thread LOL

actually I just went on the forums to see if I am indeed suspended. Nope.

Meh its just the official forums, probably the worst public FFXIV community, I'd avoid the place like the plague and save yourself a few brain cells with the mindless crap people spew out, but that's just my two cents.

This is true on many levels. I do post there but I've taken the road of not arguing most the time as I'd have broken many desks from face planting in it too often when trying to reach people. I just sit back with my popcorn most days.

It was definitely the "cunthair" remark, but that is funny it wasn't even you posting it. I was reading it thinking.. Tagg wrote this stuff..? Until I got to your next section. lol GG. Worst case its 10 days no forums. They are ban happy over there.
