Issue Regarding Incorrect Company Actions (Dec. 17)
We have confirmed an issue wherein company actions that were purchased before the release of patch 2.1 were changed to different actions after the version update. Upon investigating the matter, we found that this was an unexpected side effect from changes made to the internal IDs of company actions.

After discussing on how to address this issue, we determined that players would be negatively impacted if we simply rolled back these internal IDs. Therefore, during the next maintenance operation, we will be reimbursing 17,500 company credits, the highest amount lost due to this issue, to all free companies that are rank 5 or above as of the start of that maintenance.

We will make another announcement when this reimbursement is completed.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue and thank you for your patience.

Soooo… that's what the maint. is all about? Refunding company credits? That is the *only* thing they are doing in the maint…. We have over 1 million credits. Actions cost like 3k each. Wow, I'm totally glad they're doing that! Idk what we'd do without you SE!!! -.-

[NA] All Worlds Maintenance (Dec. 24)
At the following time, we will be performing maintenance on all Worlds for Patch 2.1 HotFixes. During this period, FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn will be unavailable.

Also, as mentioned in the post below, we are going to implement data adjustments on the data base server for the company credits, and we will be requiring longer time for the maintenance. Because we are right after the Patch 2.1, we will be prioritizing everyone’s play time, we have decided to change the company credit reimbursement schedule.

We deeply apologize for the wait, but we will try to implement this in early January of 2014 and proceed with the reimbursement. We please ask our customers to wait patiently until the implementation.
